Mr. Shah focuses his practice on real estate law. He represents clients in the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial and residential properties. He also represents clients in real estate disputes relating to estate administration and disposition.
He formerly served as law clerk at Shah Desai P.C., where he worked on commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to closing. During law school, Mr. Shah served as an associate editor of the Rutgers Law Record and participated in the prestigious Rutgers Community Law Clinic. Through the clinic, Mr. Shah represented clients in landlord-tenant disputes as well as in commercial real estate transactions. In private practice, Mr. Shah continues to dedicate part of his time to representing pro bono clients who have wealth tied up in complex real estate disputes and therefore cannot afford typical attorney’s fees. |
